You have been told that, even like a chain, you are as weak as your weakest link.
This is but half the truth.
You are also as strong as your strongest link.
To measure you by your smallest deed is to reckon the power of the ocean
by the frailty of its foam.
To judge you by your failures is to cast blame upon the seasons for their inconstancy.

Zach’s BIO.

HE/HIM/HIs

As a strength coach it is my goal to help my clients build their ideal, balanced bodies and to use them to unlock new ways of moving through the world. Getting started in a gym can feel intimidating, which is why I strive to make sure each of my clients feels comfortable and well supported on their own unique fitness journey. Whether you are looking to lose a few pounds, build strength and mobility, or become more resilient to injury, we will be able to bring you measurable results while keeping the process fun and engaging.

The Intrinsik Fitness method specializes in 1:1 private fitness, performance, and health coaching. We meet our clients where they are at and help direct them to where they want to be. Our methodologies are both data driven and intuitive.

In my professional life I have always been a facilitator of experiences, from working as a head counselor at a summer camp, to a climbing guide in Joshua Tree, and now as a fitness professional. With much of the free time I have had over the past ten years I have focused my energy on pursuing an elite level of climbing performance. Initially I started strength training to ward off injuries and imbalances that accumulated from the years of rock climbing, however, the more I learned about training, fitness, and health, the more my interest deepened. Eventually my friends started coming to me with questions about aches and pains and plateaus in their performance. Being able to help them find a path through injury and back to their favorite sports/activities was a profoundly fulfilling experience for me. It was then that I realized how impactful the role of a trainer could be, and how much opportunity there is to facilitate measurable change for the people I work with.

Over the years since my journey as a trainer first began I have studied under some incredible coaches and trainers, and continue to seek growth as a trainer so that I can provide a service of ever increasing value for my clients. I feel grateful to have found a place amongst the amazing fitness professionals here at DIAKADI, and look forward to sharing the space with each of my clients.

TESTIMONIALS.

Crossing paths with Zach nearly two years ago has been a blessing I’m deeply grateful for. After a decade of rock climbing and a lifetime of outdoor pursuits I had been looking for a balance of training while remaining injury free.

Zach listened carefully when I described my goals and desires, and the past year has been injury free and I feel strong in all my endeavors. I am so happy with the patient, flexible manner that Zach has built programs for me, always focusing on the outcomes I am seeking.

Amazing human he is.
