| THE ASSESSMENT |

If you have never trained with Paul, there will be a 15 - 20 minute assessment done before you hop into the 4 week course to better understand the current state of your flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance.

 

| 4 TO 1 RATIO |

This is no typical group class. This is personal training with the support of a small team AROUND YOU. For every 4 students, there is 1 coach.

 

| THE WORKOUT |

Strength exercises will be done in a circuit style and complemented with plyometric and cardiovascular movements to keep your heart rate up. The workout will include variations of pulling, pushing, and twisting moves to get your body moving in different planes of motion.

 

| WEEKLY AT HOME/GYM WORKOUT DOCUMENT |

To keep you on track throughout the 4 weeks we spend together, each attendee will receive a Microsoft Excel document workout TO COMPLETE ON THEIR OWN. This workout will reflect the same programming style (a combination of upper and lower full body movements) as in our group sessions so that you can complete it at home or at your local gym.
