Nicolette’s deep interest in the body and love for physical activity led her to get certified as a Personal Trainer. Her goal is to help her clients gain confidence while improving their quality of life through a holistic approach to overall health. She uses her own experiences and past struggles to motivate and encourage clients to push themselves. The ability to help others achieve a better, more fulfilled happy life is above all why she loves being a Personal Trainer. 

Nicolette has an extensive background in postural health and treating structural and muscular imbalances. This combined with her holistic approach to health and fitness, helps clients live a very balanced life, not allowing a strict gym schedule or diet get in the way. This knowledge is used not only in her private sessions but also the many bootcamps she runs weekly at corporate offices and outdoors.

Nicolette’s programs are dedicated to showing clients that balance between hard work, dedication, relaxation and fun are possible in a life of fitness and health.

She prides herself on being the best health advocate possible by showing clients how to fall in love with movement and the amazing things their bodies can achieve. Nicolette has been named a Top 16 Finalist in Racked SF's Hottest Trainer in 2015.

Nicolette has been my personal trainer for over a year. Her dedication to fitness and her clients is inspirational and motivational. I’ve been training with Nicolette for over 2 years now and yet I STILL like to get my ass kicked by her on the daily. I’m not, nor have I ever been, super into “fitness” however she makes me want to be. You could be a beginner or advance and she’s going to push you, make you uncomfortable and make you laugh at the same time. You know that saying, “you get what you put in”...well you can’t slack off with her, so you’re always putting in the max, you will always put in a ton of effort. she won’t let you off the hook.

What’s so cool is that Nicolette is open to new things, she keeps the workouts & Bootcamps fresh and challenging, even after 2 years I am learning something new about my body & diet. She is both a student and teacher of her profession. Setting goals, managing expectations and coaching along the way are towering strengths of hers and I say that with the most sincerity.
