BIO.

Since my early years I have been passionate about sports. My father had a long career as a soccer player and he was my first and greatest inspiration. In my childhood I used to practice Tae-Kwon-Do. Later on, at 15, I discovered what was going to be my greatest passion when I first stepped into a weight room. 

AS MANY OF YOU, INITIALLY MY MOTIVATION WAS TO BE BETTER LOOKING BUT SLOWLY I REALIZED HOW FASCINATING FITNESS WAS AS I STARTED TO COMPREHEND THE WHOLE SCIENTIFIC BASIS INVOLVED AND HOW SIMPLE CHANGES REGARDING TRAINING TECHNIQUES AND NUTRITION METHODS COULD BRING ABOUT IMPROVEMENTS IN MY BODY. THAT WAS THE TRIGGER TO PAVE THE WAY FOR MY FUTURE...

My story...

In parallel to my daily workouts I graduated in Information Technology and for over 10 years I struggled to balance my demanding routine of projects and meetings in the office to my genuine passion when I eventually decided to pursue my dream and give something back by helping other people achieve their goals with all the experience I had gained in over a decade.

The beginning was hard. Besides moving to a new country, I had practically to start over but it just made me stronger than ever and I just went for it and never looked back. Now I am eternally grateful for the decision I made.

Naturally in the course of over 17 years of fitness I have had my ups and downs. I wasted so much time due to lack of knowledge and appropriate coaching. I have never lost my determination though. I always knew it would take me somewhere and all the effort would eventually pay off. That is what definitely inspired to become a trainer. 

I TRULY BELIEVE ANYONE CAN ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS AS LONG AS WELL ASSISTED WITH THE PROPER TECHNIQUES AND PROTOCOLS WHICH SHOULD BE DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE TO INDIVIDUALITIES AND UNIQUENESSES.

Currently I balance my days designing plans and training my clients with my preparations for competitions which is definitely a great honor for me. I recall a few years ago I just dreamed of being one of "those big guys on the magazines" and today I am part of it. I share the stage with them and it can't be more rewarding.

MY MOTIVATION IS TO HELP AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. NO MATTER WHAT YOUR GOALS ARE, MOST OF YOU JUST NEED GUIDANCE, SUPPORT AND A LITTLE PUSH TO START TO BELIEVE YOU ALSO CAN DO IT!

I felt the difference immediately in our first consultation. He offered me a first session so we could set up goals together and he explained me his strategy to achieve it. He really tailors the exercises to your body, the types of exercises that you like and what you want to achieve. For me, we do a lot of HIIT using my own body weight and free weights. The results have been fantastic. I am exhausted at the end of every session but to me that’s money well spent. I like feeling sore and knowing that my body is changing every week.
