Having been an athlete her entire life, Erin has always had an appreciation and respect for the human body. She grew up playing soccer, volleyball and competed in cross country as well as track & field. Erin took her soccer career as far as playing for the Arizona State University Division-1 women’s soccer team where she earned a degree in Kinesiology. Although sport-related injuries prevented her from continuing a soccer career, she vowed to pursue a professional career in health and fitness. 

During her time at ASU, Erin completed an internship with EXOS (then, Athletes’ Performance) in Los Angeles, CA as a Strength Specialist where she trained professional NFL, NHL, PGA, EPL and collegiate athletes. She also gained hands-on experience as a Physical Therapy Technician at Foothills Sports Medicine in Phoenix, AZ. Following graduation, Erin obtained her personal training certificate through the American College of Sports Medicine and worked as a personal trainer for Equinox Fitness Club for three years in Boston and San Francisco. Here, she became certified in Functional Movement Screening and Corrective Exercises, Kettlebell - Level 1, Pre/Post Natal training, TRX and ViPR. In 2015, she parted ways with Equinox to open her own personal training business Fit Force, LLC. 

Erin’s wide range of experience has provided her with the confidence and knowledge to work with clients of all ages and levels of fitness. She believes the key to successful health and training is to build a functionally-sound pillar of mobility and strength. Whether you’re seeking sport-specific training, weight-loss, pre/post rehabilitation training, improving your flexibility/mobility or pre/post natal training Erin expects her clients to respect and treat their bodies as lifestyle athletes.
