When Cristian was 16 his mother said "You know what you should do? Be a personal trainer! You love working out and you love people!"

Cristian has always been a fitness and sport enthusiast. At an early age he was involved in football and baseball which accelerated his body mechanics and awareness. Cristian's first gym experience was in a high school football weight room, and there Cristian fell in love with lifting and the strength that follows.

When Cristian was 18 he started working with the United States Forest Service though Americorps and was in charge of building his wildland firefighting teams fitness programs. Many of his squad sought his personal advice and training to reach their own fitness goals.

Cristian now holds a personal training certification from NASM (the gold standard in personal training) and has helped clients from all walks of life reach various fitness goals. His business thrives on his passion to break plateaus and challenge himself and his clients in a safe yet record breaking way.


I’ve been training with Cristian since December, after having decided that I wanted to add a 4th day to my schedule at DIAKADI. When my trainer couldn’t work that day into his schedule, he referred me to Cristian, with whom I now train twice a week. The combination of the extra day and the workouts with Cristian have paid off better than I could have expected. My strength has increased significantly and the results are noticeable - it’s always nice to get a compliment but noticing it myself is even better.

Cristian has the knowledge to develop a fitness program that will get you to where you want to be - everything from form and technique to diet, supplements, and motivation (such a big part of the deal). I highly recommend getting in touch with him and finding out for yourself.

Good trainers are hard to find. Some of them are intimidating and others look like they could use a little training themselves. Cristian is neither of those. He’s a down to earth easy going guy with a good sense of humor. Not that it has anything to do with his training capabilities but for me it’s important to feel comfortable with your trainer. Having said that, Cristian excels in his knowledge of exercise training, diet recommendations and as a fitness motivator. I’m looking forward to continuing our workout sessions and have him kick my butt some more!

Cristiano is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I know I’m going to work out hard when I’m in the gym with him but I’m never scared I might hurt myself because he looks out for me.

If I could afford to train with him every day it would be awesome! But once a week has been really a lot of help. I’ve lost some of my post preggo weight and feel generally more healthy and alert. Thanks Cristiano!
