Cole’s bio.

He/Him/His

The second you think you got it figured out, get out of the game.
— Loren Landow

Cole Nagy is a longtime strength and conditioning coach with a professional athletic background. His commitment to excellence shows in his work ethic. Each session with Cole is carefully thought out and designed specifically around your individual needs. The purpose and intention of his work is the core of his approach to personal training.

His foundation of training led to him setting up his own business - AthELITE strength and conditioning. AthELITE strength and conditioning designs sport specific training programs for the modern day working professional. Cole’s goal is to provide a specialized program for his clients as if they were in training camp preparing for competition.

Cole’s efforts in sports started early and led him to compete as a professional in MMA. Later he transitioned his athletic career into his professional career as a strength and conditioning coach. He worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for two major Division I Universities: Fresno State and the University of Nevada, Reno.

Now working in the private sector he is able to fine-tune his programs for his clients’ specific needs while focusing on challenging movements and overall human performance.  He believes hard work pays off, but hard work must be done correctly with continuous effort. Cole is the trainer to get you there.

“Train hard, train consistent. You will never regret it.”

Moses has taught me how to train everyone to be the best of their abilities while understanding the differences of each athlete or client” — Cole

After training with Cole for 5 years now, I can honestly say he's the best in the business and just an all-around great person. His training sessions are always personalized, diversified, challenging, and fun and he's truly committed to helping his clients achieve their goals. Cole's expertise in strength training, olympic lifting, functional movement, and martial arts is extensive, but it's his patience, creative workout programs, and ability to motivate that really make him stand out. Additionally, Cole is particularly gifted at helping people rehabilitate injuries through exercise and was the key to my recovery from a debilitating back injury. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Cole can meet you there and help you get to the next level.

Cole is an amazing trainer. Without reservation I would recommend him to anyone from a beginner to a motivated athlete. Besides his extensive knowledge of exercises and fitness development techniques, and spectrum for motivation, the true tenant of a trainer is to meet you where you need to be when you walk in the gym. Whether I was fired up and ready to power through an incredible workout or I came into the gym a bit sluggish, Cole knew exactly what I needed for that workout, to make the most of it.
