My goal is not just to assist clients in reaching their fitness milestones but to foster a healthy lifestyle for life. I firmly believe that a combination of precisely tailored programs and thoughtful lifestyle adjustments yields the most significant physical and mental transformations.

My approach initiates with a comprehensive fitness assessment, delving into your body's unique movement patterns and specific needs. With this understanding, I craft a customized program that aligns seamlessly with your goals, requirements, and day-to-day life. Regardless of your fitness expertise, I meet you at your current level, guiding you toward your desired destination by providing accountability, insightful guidance, and motivating support.

My own fitness journey took a non-traditional route. As a teenager, I was a bit of a troublemaker. At that time, my primary passion was ceramics. I dedicated hours each day to my ceramic class, and little to no hours to my other academics. Although I occasionally tried various sports when opportunity arose, none captivated a lasting interest. High school mandatory physical activities were met with dread, resulting in failing PE twice. Despite dabbling in enjoyable physical activities as I grew older, establishing a consistently active lifestyle remained a challenge.

The turning point came when I discovered the power of intention. I asked myself, "What is my intention behind working out?" Listing my "whys" revealed a dominant desire to be strong. This realization led me to embrace strength training, not only transforming me physically but also fostering profound mental strength. As strength training became a daily routine, it triggered a positive domino effect on my lifestyle. Slowly but surely, I was taking better care of myself- I started drinking less, eating healthier, and striving to be a better version of myself. One day, I realized I had undergone a complete transformation — I had become a healthier version of my former self. Since then, I’ve immersed myself into the world of fitness and personal training by coaching diverse clients and motivating them to embrace healthier versions of themselves.

My training philosophy revolves around empowering clients to identify their own "why" so they can start their own journey towards a healthier self. I've encountered and conquered the challenges beginners face—lack of confidence in the gym, motivation struggles, and wavering interest. By assisting clients in uncovering their motivations and applying the right dose of discipline, I ensure that their fitness journey is not only effective but also enjoyable, both inside and outside the gym.

TESTIMONIALS.

Christina is a great trainer! I've been training with her for the past few months with the goal of injury prevention and building muscle. I feel like I've made a lot of progress, my form has improved and I'm seeing great results. She's also very friendly and personable! It's always a positive experience training with her. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Christina. She helped me target areas I struggled with by myself for years. It started with an assessment to find out where my body was then we went into my ideals and goals rather than following a standard plan. This experience felt tailor made and encouraged me to complete and finish the fitness journey. As a coach she is very thorough in explaining the reasons and values of each workout, this was a big plus for me since I am more receptive to things I understand. After our sessions I held on to the knowledge she imparted to me and continue to utilize it today. It was an overall fantastic experience and one that I highly recommend, especially if you are new to the gym world.

I used to work out on a regular basis, but then had kids, got busier with work, and all of a sudden I was in my 40’s and needed to get back on track with structured workouts. I tried working out with a personal trainer a few years ago, as I need the accountability of showing up at a specific time (having a gym membership won't work for me - I'll just never go). That trainer was a terrible fit and it turned me off from the idea so I relied only on walks around my neighborhood and an exercise bike. Now, in my late-ish 40’s, I really need some guidance around exercise, and thankfully I found Christina! Christina tailors my workouts to meet my skill level, while also introducing a challenge (she's figured out that I'm a competitive person so this works for me). She's also very sensitive to any of my "old lady" aches and pains, as well as prior injuries, and customizes workouts accordingly. In the months I've been working out with Christina I've seen my endurance and strength increase tremendously.
