It was a spiral I wish I didn’t have because it kept me from doing all the things that I wanted to do. The doctors could not fix me. They just prescribed whatever they believed would help, but nothing did. Extremely frustrated to the point of tears, I decided to embark on a journey to learn on my own how to heal myself. For over five years, I submerged myself in every course I could, every book I could, and every new health strategy I could. I had the privilege of discovering rare information that allowed me to make quantum leaps in my own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state reliably and repeatedly. Then, I took the best of what I had not only learnt, but also applied, and created a system that worked for me. My health’s turnaround left my doctors speechless! At that moment I realized that I could offer what I had personally learned through experience and add value that I could impart from the core of my being.

12 Weeks to Peak Energy was born out of my committed desire to serve as a vehicle to meet as many people as I can and teach them how to intelligently and systematically cultivate and harness their passion and life force with powerful and reliable keys to unlock greatness and genius, and to have that show up in their lives as increased physical energy, creativity, mental clarity, peace of mind and the personal power to live an abundant, extraordinary life on the path to reaching their highest potential.
ABOUT THE FILMThe Cure is… is one of the most anticipated health documentaries in decades, unveiling what may be one of the most powerful, ancient health formulas to be released in over a century: that our thoughts, beliefs and unresolved emotions may be one of the greatest threats to our health.

Most experts universally agree that eating a healthy diet and exercising often are key components to our longevity and wellbeing. Now, experts are focusing on a new health paradigm that is shattering the way we look at our health and that is:
“What we hold in our thoughts, beliefs and unresolved emotional conflicts maybe one of the most significant factors in determining our health and wellbeing or whether you experience disease in your lifetime.”
