Josh has been living and teaching a life of fitness for over a decade and continues to push the limits of his self and his clients. He trains clients of all ages, levels, and from all fitness backgrounds, as well as those with injuries, physical challenges, and other special conditions.
Josh has expertise in weight training, flexibility training, power training, bootcamp instruction, class instruction as well as diet, and nutritional supplementation. He pays special attention to training form and program design in order to maximize results and avoid injury. He continues to further his own education in the field of fitness evolution. For the safety and well-being of his clients, he is cpr/aed and first aid certified.

Once he adopted a fitness mindset and lifestyle, he transformed his body and outlook on life and became the person he had always wanted to be inside and out.
