Trainer Name: Alex Robinson I have been working out for more than twenty years and training for five years. In that time I have learned what a difference good form and proper workout techniques can make. My goal has always been to make working out a safe and enjoyable experience for my clients.

Science has brought us much information about how working out and nutrition influence our bodies to change. It is my job as a trainer to make sure the right information and tools (based on goals) gets to my client.
