Thank you for your email message, and for reminding me to focus on the positive. I was able to meet with my therapist today. He is very excited about the opportunity of working with you and Billy in tandem. He also said that he noticed my weight loss. He is totally on board and will work with me to deal with the issues I have around my body and food. I am trying to live a moment at a time, instead of worrying about tomorrow. I had a busy afternoon, and did not eat before going out. But I did get a chance to eat some veggies at the event I attended this evening. I passed on the dip, just the carrots was enough. I did go for a walk, about 30 minutes or so. I'm going to try tomorrow to do the same thing. At this moment I am grateful I have the support I have, and that I have gotten the chance to work with you. Today I was feeling down. I spent most of today in bed. I just did not feel very well. I found out my good friend is very sick, and I thought I was going to see my friend Avi today but his kid is sick. I did have breakfast and just finished having dinner. Did not do my research today or go for a walk. I am probably going to bed early and try to get some stuff done tomorrow. I am feeling a mix of sad and tired at the same time.

I hope that you are enjoying your weekend. I went for a 20 minute walk today. I had to return some library books. Normally I would have taken the bus but today I chose instead to walk. My day was fair.
