DIAKADI’s outdoor workouts aim at teaching clients instead of breaking them down. Each individual learns self assessments for posture, flexibility, strength and muscle-balance. These are incredibly useful tools for obtaining optimal bodies in fitness, wellness and functional daily living. In addition, the all encompassing workout includes everything from core stabilization drills and sand resistance training to obstacle and relay courses for total body strengthening. This series is a sure guarantee for any individual to improve their posture, reduce body fat, gain strength, and test their endurance.
