Shawn’s vision is to produce a positive, life-changing experience in all people he comes in contact with through personal training and healthy lifestyle coaching. His mission is to always give his clients 100 percent of his knowledge, experience, and effort in helping them achieve their personal fitness goals.
At a very early age, Shawn became fascinated with exercise. As he entered his teenage years, his fascination became his passion, and he started lifting weights, running, practicing martial arts, and playing football and basketball. His athleticism earned him the opportunity to play College football at North Park College in Chicago, IL. After college, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he headed all physical training activities for his unit. He also received the opportunity to lead physical education classes for young elementary school students and junior high school students in the San Diego Public School District as part of the Marine Corps' Partnership in Education Program.
Today, Shawn works as a personal trainer, lifestyle coach and fitness model in San Francisco. He actively participates in educational activities that broaden his knowledge in the areas of health and wellness. He is currently working toward a degree in physical education at San Francisco State University and is certified through the National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association.
