    Study the method of Pilates with one of our DIAKADI instructors. Pilates instruction will focus on the following principles: proper alignment, centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flowing movement.

    Beginner to advance level instruction is offered. Sessions consist of mat work and the use of a Reformer, Wunda chair, and Pilates circles.

  • YOGA

    At DIAKADI, we provide one-on-one, duo and group sessions with instructors that allow clients to focus on self-awareness, physical movement, breathing and meditation. Styles of sessions vary from Hatha and Power Flow to Ansuara and Iyengar to Ashtanga Vinayasa and Thai Massage Yoga. Session lengths and pricing plans will be devloped based upon your goals.
