In this third section of our five part ‘Assessment Educational Series,’ Billy Polson will look at joint functionality and walk through a series of tests to ensure that your clients have safe, functional mobility/range of motion in their joints before designing workout and stretching programs for them. We will also learn how to test isolated muscles that a large percentage of clients tend to have trouble recruiting.
