It is not always easy to begin an exercise program, nor if one has been hitting the gym religiously, to break out of training plateaus that hinder progress or induce boredom.  This is where a personal fitness trainer can become—literally—your best friend. Jeff draws on his extensive experience as a professional educator and seasoned athlete to provide his clients with effective, efficient and challenging workouts that get results.

Jeff has been an athlete most of his life and a professional fitness trainer for over seven years. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

His clients include men and women who hire Jeff to make sure they get the stress-relieving, muscle-building workouts they need. Through practice and by studying the latest advances in the field, he has developed effective training techniques that enable his clients to achieve and exceed their fitness goals. Jeff’s focus is on building functional muscle for optional flexibility and strength.

He welcomes the opportunity to meet with prospective clients to see how you and him, as a team, can design a program that will help you build a better, stronger body.
