Allan Mateo is an independent personal trainer with over ten years of experience in the health and fitness industry. He holds a BS in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of San Francisco and an MS in Human Movement from ATSU. He is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach from the NSCA.  
In his spare time, Allan competes in Olympic Weight Lifting. His most recent competition was the Northern California Open in Spring 2010 where he placed 1st in his weight class.  Allan also enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his wife and 1-year-old son.
